A reason to celebrate — 5 years of Conntac!

Having started with the vision that all people should be able to master complex processes independently with our help, we look back on our company's five-year history with joy and gratitude. We are proud that over the past few years, an idea has grown into a successful company that now consists of over 20 experts and continues to grow. Together, we develop products that inspire and create real added value. Thanks to our shared values, which are also shared by our partners and customers, we have always had the right people at our side, enabling us to move forward with courage and determination.

Looking back

An occasion like this always invites us to take a look back over the past few years. We are therefore taking you on a little journey. Launched in 2017 as a spin-off from a research group at the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, we have been through some exciting stages. We are particularly proud of some of them. These include, for example, our nine-month acceleration with Wayra, the market proof in 2018 with the release of the o2 DSL Hilfe App (today: o2 my Service App) and, of course, the two financing rounds that have made our growth possible in recent years. Through crises, we have found a way to bring together our passion for intuitive and well thought-out solutions and the technical complexity of networks and internet-enabled devices. Not only our team, but also our self-service solution has grown considerably in recent years and now offers many more functions beyond problem solving. Today, the solution is an essential component at many touchpoints of our customers' customer journey and helps with device setup, Wi-Fi optimisation and much more, for example.over the years, we have been able to meet countless exciting people, enter into partnerships and acquire new customers. Today, we work with well-known companies such as M-net, Deutsche Glasfaser and Vodafone. Close cooperation and a long-term partnership are particularly important to us. This is the only way to solve problems sustainably and create real added value.

A look into the future

For the future, we hope that things will continue in the same way and that we will be able to support customers outside our current reach with our self-service solutions in addition to our existing partners with the internationalisation we have initiated. We are convinced that our solution will have a lasting impact on the world and contribute to digitalisation!
