And there it is again: the time for the annual review. Spotify Wrapped is on everyone’s lips, the first Christmas presents have already been wrapped and we at Conntac maintain our annual ritual of looking back at what we have achieved internally at the end of the year. In addition to a new website look, we left the Conntac office as a team this year – in two ways. However, we also have other reviews and outlooks for you.
Let’s start from the beginning. At the end of 2022 and the beginning of this year, our marketing and design department was busy with a project close to our hearts: We worked diligently on the relaunch of the Conntac website. The focus: a fresh, modern design, a new clear structure and plenty of space for exciting content. In addition to many visual revisions, the focus was particularly on adapting the content, which should give all those interested in self-service even faster access to the most important information. Take a look at our blog or our media library.
This year, we were able to enjoy strong team growth. At this point, it should be emphasised that we have not only grown in terms of numbers, as our new experts are a great asset to Conntac, especially with their expertise, ideas and personalities. We look forward to the impetus you bring with you and to achieving great things together at Conntac in the new year!
Not only the team, but also our office space has grown. Because a larger team naturally requires more space. So we packed our bags and moved to a new and bigger office. This not only gives us more space for our team and new colleagues, but also more room for new ideas and innovations relating to our self-service solutions. You can still find our office in Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 6, Building 9a.
At the beginning of May, the entire Conntac team travelled to Riezlern in the Austrian mountains for three days!
We had a barbecue, cooked and celebrated together, went to the high ropes course and went on a hike through the impressive Breitachklamm gorge. There was also a games evening. Together we exchanged ideas intensively and personally, created shared experiences and simply enjoyed our time as a team. We are already looking forward to next year’s team event!
In addition to all the milestone reviews, we also want to go into detail. After coffee, of course, what was Conntac’s favourite drink of the year? What was going on on social media and on our website and how many events did our sales and HR team attend? Our review of the Conntac departments reveals interesting details!
We are looking forward to the year 2024 with great anticipation. Firstly, you can look forward to the Conntac Conference 2024 – our exclusive event for our customers and cooperation partners – on 20 June 2024. Further information, highlights, speakers and the agenda will be announced on our channels as soon as possible.
Secondly, we will continue to grow at Conntac – and not just in terms of the number of employees. Our departments are currently working hard in the background on new solutions and features. We will of course reveal what these are in due course. Stay tuned!
