As early as 2023, 500 municipal decision-makers and elected representatives as well as senior employees from local authorities, ministries, business and associations came together to focus on the topic of ‘broadband expansion’. The Bavarian Broadband Forum will take place again in 2024 and will focus on internet expansion, subsidies and much more.
