TNG Stadtnetz GmbH relies on self-service solution from Conntac

Augsburg, April 17, 2024 — Conntac, provider of self-service solutions, has been supporting TNG Stadtnetz GmbH in the area of technical customer support since mid-April 2024. Die TNG helps App, powered by Conntac, is now available as a central communication channel for all end customers and offers a first-class customer experience through intuitive and individual step-by-step instructions for initial router setup and for resolving Internet problems.

Oliver Nissen, Head of Service Excellence and Social Media at TNG, explains: “The app is another consistent step for us to reach out to our customers. In addition to uncomplicated booking of our tariffs and transparent communication via our media, we use the app to provide even more customer-friendly information and offer assistance. ”

TNG has opted for an all-round carefree package

Since mid-April 2024, the TNG Stadtnetz GmbH app has been available for download free of charge to all customers in popular app stores. The app provides intuitive instructions from setup assistant, including the router configuration, up to WiFi device setup. With diagnostic tools, users can independently fix common problems such as disconnections and slow Internet speeds. Based on individual network configuration and usage, the app also delivers personalised recommendations for the best Internet connection. In addition, the app provides direct access to TNG Stadtnetz GmbH's customer support for issues that cannot be resolved independently.

Seamless integration into the existing service landscape

The seamless integration of TNG helps App on the service hotline offers TNG Stadtnetz GmbH customers a holistic customer experience. Should a personal service contact be required, the app generates a process number and allows customers to submit their request and have it processed by service staff. In such cases, information from the app is automatically stored in Conntac Dashboard provided to speed up the editing process.

The development of the TNG hilft app is the result of close collaboration over several weeks. The result is a user-friendly application that proves to be a versatile tool for customers. Conntac GmbH would like to thank you for the successful cooperation.
